Information you give us. When you submit one of our forms or book a call, we collect the information you provide, which may include your first and last name, email address, the service you're interested in, and any details you share in a message. Specifically:
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and form provider records basic technical data with each submission, such as your IP address and browser user-agent, for security and spam prevention. If website analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that measures aggregate page views and events (such as which links are clicked) without tracking you across other sites or storing personal profiles.
We share the minimum information necessary with the following service providers, who process it on our behalf:
We do not sell your personal information.
If you sign up for a resource or contact us, you may receive occasional emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us at marti@highaltitudeequine.com to be removed.
Our own site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded third-party tools (such as the Calendly scheduler) may set their own cookies when you interact with them, governed by their respective policies.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and communicate with you, and we remove it on request.
You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our emails, by contacting marti@highaltitudeequine.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.
Our services are directed to parents and adult competitors, not to children. While the riders we help are often minors, any information about a minor is provided to us by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
